These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pak33 ("pak33", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at pak33.ws. By accessing the pak33 website, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our compliance team will result in account suspension pending verification. pak33 is committed to preventing underage access and cooperates fully with applicable regulatory bodies in this regard.

To access the full range of pak33's gaming and betting services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active pak33 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. pak33 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your account or any rights attached to it to any third party under any circumstances.

pak33 operates under an international gaming licence and is legally required to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. KYC verification is mandatory before a player's first withdrawal request is processed. pak33 may also initiate KYC verification at any stage of a player's account lifecycle — including at registration, after significant deposits, or upon detection of unusual account activity.

• Bets are final once confirmed. pak33 does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets unless a market is voided due to an event cancellation or force majeure circumstance.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets may be voided and stakes returned at pak33's discretion in accordance with applicable sport-specific rules.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error — where odds were clearly published incorrectly due to a technical or human error — pak33 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended without notice during periods of technical difficulty or to maintain market integrity. Bets placed before a suspension point remain valid.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pak33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where warranted:

• Registering more than one account on pak33, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain any unfair advantage.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any pak33 software or game.

• Use the pak33 brand name, logo, or any associated marks in any manner likely to cause confusion as to the source or sponsorship of any product or service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak33, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of — or inability to use — the pak33 platform, even if pak33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pak33 does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to perform scheduled and emergency maintenance that may result in temporary service interruption. pak33 will endeavour to notify players in advance of scheduled downtime where practicable.

• pak33 is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, or events outside our reasonable control.
• pak33's aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pak33's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

pak33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Non-material amendments — such as typographical corrections or minor clarifications — may be made without prior notice. The current version of these Terms is always accessible on the pak33 website.

Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time. Players may close their pak33 account by contacting the support team. pak33 may close or suspend any player account at any time, including without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• pak33 is required to do so in order to comply with its legal or regulatory obligations.
• pak33 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity associated with the account.
• The player has not logged into their account for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account — excluding bonus funds, promotional credits, and any amounts subject to an active investigation — will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pak33's international gaming licence is issued.
